Oahu Home Stats First off, we're going to dive into the single family home sales. There, we saw a dip in home sales from the previous year, which was down 2.5%. In March of 2023, there were 236 home sales on Oahu. This past month, we saw 230. So, that's a 2.5% dip in home sales. A little over a month ago, we noticed a $10 million price drop for a penthouse condo at One Ala Moana.
