Villagers are actually not meant to disappear randomly in game. Many of these cases had been result of some bugs and glitches. Most cases of villagers disappearing was a result of bugs in 1.16 and 1.17 versions. There are still cases of villages disappearing when they are too close near the chunk borders. Copper in Minecraft doesn’t seem to have much uses apart from using copper blocks for building and making lightning rods for absorbing the lightning strikes. Personally, I don’t find them too attractive unless I want the builds [structures] to look a certain way. It may be too early to conclude anything about copper right now. You have most probably realised by now if you have used gold tools, that they are surprisingly the least durable if compared to iron, diamond and Netherite. The iron sword outperforms the gold one in terms of durability as well as attack damage. For now most of the gold I find is used for building my base and other decoration purposes. The golden swords inflicts same damage that the stone sword sword does. The bees naturally spawn in a group of 3 in one beehive in biomes. he beehive doesn’t act like a monster spawner, but is actually spawned along with 3 bees. Once you kill them they won’t respawn.
