Over the past few weeks, we have had a lot of questions about whether or not our candles produce black soot so we thought it would be a perfect opportunity for us to write a blog and give everyone the answer. Amazon Handmade is a store within Amazon which is specifically designed for Artisans to sell their hand made, one-of-a-kind beautifully crafted products on. At Fade Candles we handcraft our candles using natural soy wax. Soy wax candles, which are processed form of soybean oil, have 50% longer burning time than regular paraffin candles.  Soy candles also burn cleaner than regular paraffin candles. As a result, they don’t produce as much black soot like paraffin candles do which is more of a nuisance than you may realise.
