Mango Habanero Chicken is an enjoyable southwestern style dish with the perfect balance of heat and sweet. While we all love chicken we also know chicken can be boring. This easy to make dish only requires a few ingredients and is definitely not boring. This dish was inspired by a Texas based restaurant called HG Supply. HG Supply has several different “bowl” entrees each with a different theme. They have a yellow curry bowl, a Tex-mex bowl, a stir fry bowl…what they don’t have is Southwest Quinoa Bowl. My own bowl creation happens to be vegan but it’s still delicious.
