Tommy Eichenberg | Photo by Rich Graessle/Icon Sportswire via Getty Images Las Vegas takes highly productive Buckeye linebacker The Las Vegas Raiders made an interesting pick in the fifth round when they took Ohio State linebacker Tommy Eichenberg with the No. 148 pick. Here are some thoughts on the choice: Production: Eichenberg was physical presence for the stout Ohio State defense. He is a smart, old-school player who is excellent against the run. He was an all Big Ten selection and second-team All-American. Limitations: He doesn’t have much speed and is a liability in pass coverage. So, h ..read more

Photo by Ethan Miller/Getty Images Telesco selected two offensive lineman day 2 with a focus on the trenches The Las Vegas Raiders had holes in their offensive line to fill in the NFL draft. The two positions on the line that needed bodies were tackle and guard, and seemed to be the focus on day 2. At pick 44, they selected Jackson Powers-Johnson out of Oregon to play guard for the Raiders. He played center last year and was a standout at the Senior Bowl in January. At pick 77, they added tackle Delmar Glaze, who is another Senior Bowl standout. Both players add depth to the trenches and can p ..read more
