The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning in effect Wednesday through this afternoon.
Haw Creek near Clifford has minor flooding.
At 1:45 a.m. Wednesday, the stage was 12 feet (flood stage) and the creek is expected to crest at 13.6 feet early Wednesday and then file below flood stage.
