THIS POST CONTAINS SPOILERS FROM THE LATEST EPISODES It is safe to say that the new Loki series streaming on Disney+ has hit our screens fast and hard. With unexpected twists, introductions to some new and exciting characters, and a timeline that is ever changing and keeping us on our toes, I wanted to share my own theories of the events thus far. Sylvie Sylvie was introduced to us properly in episode 2 where she revealed herself after a short chase scene in an alternative world. For the first part of the episode I personally thought we would see a version of Loki from when he was younger, or ..read more

We are nearly there guys. Keep your chins up. And when I say chins, yes I am including the lovely additional chin I have gained this last year who is proudly placed under the one, and only one, I had this time last year. 23rd March 2020 , day 1 of the first lockdown we had here in the United Kingdom. Fast forward a year and we are in our third, and hopefully final, lockdown. It’s the last leg of the race, the final chapter, the light at the end of the tunnel. Looking back over the last year, I feel that I have achieved a lot more than I thought I would, lockdowns aside. Granted, I have gain al ..read more

Disney+ Loki Series – What Do We Know So Far?

With WandaVision coming to an end and the FATWS release date fast approaching, I thought I would take a moment to stop and discuss the next series to hit our screens; Loki. We last saw Loki in the final instalment of The Avengers which took us way back to the first Avengers film where we see him chained up ready to be taken in by Shield, only to transport himself away with the use of the tesseract. Which, might I add, only happened because Hulk had a tantrum about having to take the stairs. Anyhoo, the trailers that we have seen so far show some pretty impressive footage of Loki being whisked ..read more

If we look back 10 years ago when the likes of Social Media platforms were still blooming, our means to connect were simply via a face to face conversation, text message or phone call. Even 10 years ago I remember using my crappy little Nokia phone that looked like a Blackberry but wasn’t a Blackberry and it’s best ‘smart’ feature was the ability to log onto Facebook, which even that was limited due to the wonderful phone contracts that would only allow 1gb of data. The good old days right? I’m strictly speaking for myself and you may or may not agree with what I have to say, but keep in mind ..read more

With the current situation of being house bound, it is really easy to become complacent and spend our days out of a routine and sitting in front of the TV. Our mental health is really important and by keeping active and busy, it will help a lot. I’m not a regular craft-y person but when I get going and get an idea and some inspiration I can sit for hours doing it! I’ve been looking online at some Disney home DIY ideas and have found some pretty amazing pieces so I thought I would give some of them a try and blog about them! On May 6th Disney announced that Shanghai Disney Land is making preparations to open their gates on May 11th. Since the closing of all Disney parks and resorts, the company has lost an estimated $1.3 billion and so it comes as no surprise that they are trying their hardest to get back in the game and let the mouse run free again. According to South China News, all rides are expected to re open with social distancing measures in place. This means that sadly no parades or firework shows will be on display as of yet. CEO, Bob Iger has announced that visitors numbers will be kept under 30% capaci ..read more

Disney’s Coral Reef Restaurant Review
FindingMillys

Dining in Disney is half of the fun because they are filled with fantastic theming and yummy food for everyone. As an animal lover and Disney lover, the way the restaurant is presented is just as important to me as the taste of the food. Epcot has a large range of dining options, especially throughout their World Showcase, but one restaurant for me that stuck out and became a favourite of mine was the Coral Reef restaurant. LOCATION: Future World, next door to Nemo and Friends  EPCOT THEME: Nemo, fish, under water, sharks, diving etc.  PRICE RANGE: $15 + (some dining plans accepted ..read more
