TRENTON, Tenn.—Residents in one local city gather for the return of a special parade. The city of Trenton gathered this morning for its 43rd Annual Teapot Festival Parade. The parade began at the Trenton Elementary School located at 81 South College Street and made its way throughout the downtown area. A total of 24 states already have legalized recreational marijuana for adults and an additional 14 states allow it for medical use. The proposed federal change would not make marijuana legal. WASHINGTON (AP) – Halle Berry is joining a group of bipartisan senators to push for legislation that would put $275 million toward research and education around menopause, the significant hormone shift women go through in middle age.   The legislation calls for the federal government to spend more on clinical trials on menopause as well as the hormone therapy that is used to treat hot flashes and other symptoms. (AP)—The health insurer Aetna has agreed to settle a lawsuit over whether its fertility treatment coverage discriminates against LGBTQ+ patients. The insurer will make coverage of artificial insemination standard for all customers nationally and work to ensure that patients have equal access to more-expensive in-vitro fertilization procedures. A CVS Health spokesman says the company was pleased to resolve the case and committed to providing care to all individuals. A federal judge still must approve the deal, which was announced Friday.
