A beautiful book about dealing with the anxiety of a new school and a new environment. Loved it.  I also loved that it’s a bilingual book, making it a wonderful read for both Spanish and English-speaking kids. But what I loved the most is that this book highlights the importance of visual communication amongst kids.  It tells us – where word fails, a picture speaks. Informative and engaging. Like all other books in the “Amma, Tell Me” series by Bhakti Mathur. As the name suggests, “Amma, Tell Me About Ganesha!” is the story of Ganesha. Klaka and Kiki, two siblings, are curious about the Ganesh Chaturthi festival and they ask their Amma (mother) about it.
