Ever feel like you’ve got a decision to make, but your movements forward are blocked from a fear of doing it wrong? You have a choice: a possible ‘long route’, or NO route. I spoke about this as a lesson I recently learned in this week’s IGTV.  Well, I have a reminder for you. You can’t. get. it. wrong.  Whatever decision you make is the right decision. Every step is a step in the RIGHT direction!  *this advice counts only for decisions that don’t harm yourself or anyone else! This is about decisions that, in the long run, will BETTER yourself and your life.  Look at Y ..read more

Love-Based Thinking: If You Knew It Would All Come True
All Mystic No Meg

If you knew everything you wanted for your life would happen, would your attitude in the present moment change? Would you be making love-based decisions, or fear-based? When taking a certain action, I have started to make it a habit to ask myself WHY I am taking it. Is it from a place of belief that things are going to turn out as a success? Or is it from a place of doubt and fear? Determining love-based and fear-based decisions can put you on a smoother path to success, and help you understand where your choices are coming from. It’s really interesting to confront myself with this when I ..read more

Feeling Low? Logical Mood Booster!
All Mystic No Meg

This is something that I’m practicing right now, and it’s why my mood has gone from “Get in bed and watch Netflix until I fall asleep” to “Write two blog posts and do X, Y and Z which in the long term is going to make me feel better”.  This morning has been such an exciting, productive day! I launched my Instagram page for my coaching business (YES, you read that right! More info on that coming soon). I woke up at 7am, had a morning of journaling, had a short walk and some fresh air. I got everything done as I had hoped between 9am-2pm. However, after 2pm, my mood just took a turn. Why? I ..read more

Accountability & The Law of Attraction (2/2)
All Mystic No Meg

Last week I talked about how to adjust your attitude to accountability and really gear your goals towards success. Today, you’re going to see just how we can link together the law of attraction and high-vibe techniques to improve your focus to goals and overall accountability. Think About How You Label Yourself I talk about this in depth in this post. If you call yourself ‘unmotivated’ or ‘unproductive’ or just ‘not getting what you’re working for’, what exactly is it you are doing? Is it possible that this is another form of excuse? If you limit your mind to not achieving, why would you ever ..read more

Accountability: Are You Ready For This One? (1/2)

Accountability is a necessity if you’re wanting to achieve your ideal lifestyle and accomplish the goals you set. We’re about to get serious here, and we’re going to be all about taking responsibility for our outcomes.   I’m going to be completely honest – this year I have seen progress in my brand and business, but I definitely could have seen more. My priorities were in a different order. This isn’t a bad thing! It’s just a thing! My priorities over the year have suited what I wanted them to look like, as and when. Whilst it’s not a good or bad fact, it is a fact. My priorities and acti ..read more

Beat the Lockdown Blues

As England enters into it’s second countrywide lockdown of the year this week, anxiety is high. What can we do to soothe this? Lockdown the first-time round was not great for a lot of people, and for good reason. I proposed some specific actions you could do in this week’s mailing list email, which you can sign up to through my homepage (scroll down!), but today I want to go over some of the blog posts I wrote throughout the beginning of this year.  For me, this year has been a big year for growth, new skills, lots of manifestation and just generally working to keep my spirit high when th ..read more

Perception Vs. Reality
All Mystic No Meg

I suppose this title should be Perception and Reality, because they both exist within each other. We tend to respond to our experience of a situation. However, our experience is often not aligned with the true reality of an event.  Let’s begin with an example. You’ve just got into a taxi in a great mood, you’re feeling super talkative. Trying to make conversation with the taxi driver, you’re only getting one word answers back. How rude! you think, how dare this driver not converse back? You were in such a great mood and now you feel rejected and offended. In this anger, you give this driv ..read more

Are You Being Critical of Others?
All Mystic No Meg

This is not a post to make you feel like a bad person or to call you out. It’s here to allow some space for self-reflection of your past and present. Sometimes I catch myself being slightly judgemental of, or irritated, with others. Maybe something they’ve done doesn’t align with how I would do it, or it’s getting in the way of something I want to do. Mostly, it’s when my own self-confidence is low, or when I am in need of more patience and understanding. Self-Awareness Encourages Growth Recognising where we may be acting unkindly contributes to a development of self-awareness and weakens stub ..read more

Meet One of my Limiting Beliefs
All Mystic No Meg

It’s important to be open on this platform. This includes shining light on the things I work on within my own personal growth. Studying a life coaching diploma has led to a lot of self-reflection on limiting beliefs and my own stressors. These are things I have known within myself from being quite self-aware in general, but it’s been eye-opening to look deeper at these things and get to the root. When reflecting on any beliefs that were formed in childhood/younger life which no longer serve me, the first one to arise for me is the feeling of ‘having an opposing opinion to someone I care about ..read more

Forward Hindsight: Stop and Look Back

Getting all Sentimental Sunday up in here! This post is super anecdotal, but inspiring nonetheless and in hopes that it can help anyone who’s feeling lost right now.  I spoke in this IGTV about the importance of CELEBRATING our wins.  Today I want to talk about something that is more an act of nostalgia than a technique. However, it brought me contentment, so I hope it can for you too. When journaling this morning, a random memory arose. Me, aged 14 or 15, filling pages of one of my first journals with entries of creative writing. Describing the perfect morning, creating stories out ..read more
