GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — The Grand Junction Police Department has made an arrest in a shooting incident that left North Avenue closed between 19th and 23rd streets Thursday afternoon. Grand Junction Police officers responded to a report that someone had been shot near the 2000 block of North Avenue at about 1:15 p.m. on Thursday.
