Nowadays everyone is busy because of work, school, children and so on. It is easy to slip into one of those situations for a long time but – hard to get back. We forget about ourselves, which shouldn't be the case. We are the only ones closest to ourselves and, we should take care of ourselves every day.

Most of the time, we hear about being gaslighted by someone else. It is very uncomfortable and, no one would want to be in this situation. But it is barely said and, realized, that we could do it to ourselves.
