GREENWOOD, La. (KTAL/KMSS) - The Caddo Parish Coroner's Office identified a man killed Tuesday during a road rage incident on I-20. Another driver fatally shot Gurpreet Singh Judge, 36, of Yuba City, Calif., on April 23.
