Plain Flour / All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 4 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon (as per taste)
Black Pepper (Crushed) - 1 tablespoon

Green Chili (Finely Chopped) - 4
Coriander Leaves (Finely Chopped) - 8-10 tablespoon
Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
Water - 1.5 cups

Cumin Seeds (Jeera) - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon (as per taste)
Spring Onion / Coriander Leaves - 2 tablespoon

Ingredients -
Fresh Strawberries - 1 cup
Fresh mango (peeled and diced) - 1 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Ice - 1 cup (or as desired)
Instructions -
Add mango, 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup ice into the blender and blend until smooth. Pour evenly among 2 glasses.
For the next layer, place the blueberries, 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup ice in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour evenly among the glasses.
Note -
I haven't used any sweetening ingredient, if you want then you can add a tablespoon of sugar or honey (as per your taste).

Oreo Biscuits - 15-20 biscuits
Heavy Cream (Whipping cream) - 250 ml (1 cups)
Condensed Milk - 1/2 tin (approx. 200 ml)
Vanilla Extract - 1 tbsp
Instructions -
Light crush the Oreo biscuits.
In a bowl, whip the cream with whisk or blender, till it becomes thick and fluffy (or forms stiff peaks).
Add vanilla extract and condensed milk to the whipped cream and mix them thoroughly.
Add the biscuit pieces to cream mix and stir gently.
