PETERSBURG, Va. (WRIC) — A Petersburg resident wants neighbors to speak out when they see something after a shooting left one person injured on Crestfall Court. According to a Facebook post made by Petersburg Bureau of Police, officers say the shooting took place on the 300 block of Crestfall Court on Saturday, May 4. FLUVANNA COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- One person is dead after a plane crashed Sunday morning on Miles Jackson Road in Fluvanna County. Just before 9 a.m. on Sunday, May 5, Virginia State Police was alerted to a plane crash in Fluvanna County. According to authorities, debris from the small, private aircraft was located in a wooded area within the 200 block of Miles Jackson Road in Palmyra.
