A robotic dog is being thanked by state police in Massachusetts for helping avert a tragedy involving a person barricaded in a home.
The robotic dog named Roscoe was part of the Massachusetts State Police Bomb Squad and deployed on March 6 in a Barnstable house after police were fired upon. Police sent in two other robots often used for bomb disposal into the house to find the suspect along with the robotic dog.

It's been a little over 48 hours since the horrific collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, Maryland, that claimed at least six lives. Now the question revolves around how quickly funding will become available to start the rebuilding process and reopening of the busy port.

The cargo ship that lost power and crashed into a bridge in Baltimore underwent "routine engine maintenance" in port beforehand, the U.S. Coast Guard said Wednesday, as divers recovered the bodies of two of six workers who plunged into the water when it collapsed. The others were presumed dead, and officials said search efforts had been exhausted.

The music producer who sued Sean "Diddy" Combs for sexual assault and other crimes last month has added another public figure to his lawsuit: Cuba Gooding Jr.
Though Gooding's name was mentioned in the February filing, Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones officially amended his federal complaint to add the actor as a co-defendant Monday the same day federal agents raided two of Combs' homes, reportedly as part of a sex-trafficking investigation.

The collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore and the necessary closure of the city's main port is expected to delay shipping activity that reaches much of the U.S.
