SCRANTON, Pa. (AP) — Authorities say a man was killed in a fireworks accident in northeastern Pennsylvania over the weekend. The Lackawanna County coroner says Corey Buckley, 31, died in an explosion shortly before 2 p.m. Saturday in Scranton. Lackawanna College says it holds student-athletes to “high standards both inside and outside the classroom.” Lackawanna spokeswoman Sharon Lynett says school officials had “no choice but to cancel the season.” The school says it will focus on rebuilding the basketball program for next year. SCRANTON, Pa. (CBS) – Police in Scranton say a naked man was captured on surveillance footage breaking into an elementary school and vandalizing the building. The incident prompted officials to cancel classes Thursday at Neil Armstrong Elementary School, reports CNN affiliate WNEP-TV.
