(WKBN) - Pennsylvania senators have introduced a bill to let victims of the East Palestine train derailment keep money they've received from Norfolk Southern Railroad. Senators Doug Mastriano, Elder Vogel and Michel Brooks introduced the bill Wednesday. CLEVEAND, Ohio (WKBN) - The Cleveland Cavaliers announced that forward Dean Wade will miss the remainder of the team's Eastern Conference playoff series against Orlando. According to a release from the team, Wade underwent an MRI recently that revealed the need for additional time off to treat the injury. Wade originally suffered a right knee sprain that has kept him sidelined since March 13.
