A Connecticut man has been charged with the alleged shooting death of a Fairfield County teenager. New Haven County resident Kiheem Tyquan Benbow, age 21, of Ansonia, was charged on Friday, April 26, with killing a 17-year-old, Romain Sterling, a Bridgeport resident.  During an investigation into Sterling's murder, Bridgeport Police served a search warrant on Behhow on Wednesday, April 24. A Connecticut man is behind bars for allegedly killing his wife during a domestic incident. The murder occurred in Hartford County around 11:30 a.m., Friday, April 26, on Wildwood Avenue in Simsbury. According to Lt. Brad Chase of the Simsbury Police, the department received a 911 call from a resident describing a physical altercation between Hartford County residents Qiu Rongfang, age 49, and Ding Sheng Lin, age 50, both of Simsbury. A person burned during a blaze in Fairfield County was rescued by good Samaritans who work at a nearby restaurant.  The incident occurred in Norwalk on Friday, April 26, in the rear of 607 Main Ave.  According to Deputy Chief Jonathan Maggio of the Norwalk Fire Department, arriving firefighters found a 1,000-square-foot area of brush burning between the Norwalk River and the rear parking area. Police in Fairfield County have issued a coyote warning in one town after two dogs were attacked. The incidents occurred in Westport over the past week in the North area of the town. According to Lt. An officer-worn body camera was rolling when a Connecticut State Police trooper was struck by a car during a highway traffic stop. The Fairfield County incident happened at around 8:30 a.m. Monday, April 22, on I-95 in Bridgeport.
