EL PASO, Texas (Border Report) – Trucks carrying merchandise to the U.S. are sitting in line for hours at the El Paso-Juarez border, as the Texas Department of Public Safety has resumed enhanced inspections of commercial vehicles. EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) -- Las Cruces Police say they are investigating a shooting at a home that happened early Monday morning, April 29. At about 3:30 a.m., police were called out to a home along the 1900 block of Princess Jeanne Drive. When they arrived, officers found a 34-year-old man with at least one gunshot wound. Las Cruces Police say details are limited while the investigation continues. (KNWA/KFTA) — A judge has thrown out two lawsuits filed by a Texas man who sued Walmart in federal court for $100 million — or "unlimited free lifetime shopping at any Walmart," according to court documents. Roderick Jackson, of Waskom, Texas, filed two handwritten complaints in January claiming he was suing Walmart for an incident that took place at a store in Omaha, Nebraska, in March 2021. PITTSBURGH (AP) — On a three-lane test track along the Monongahela River, an 18-wheel tractor-trailer rounded a curve. No one was on board. A quarter-mile ahead, the truck's sensors spotted a trash can blocking one lane and a tire in another. SAN DIEGO (KSWB) - A 13-year-old BMX rider has backflipped his way onto GoPro's elite team of professional athletes. Connor Stitt, from Ramona, California, was one of eight selected through GoPro's Grom Quest Challenge this month. The competition is meant to find the next generation of top action sports athletes. GREELEY, Colo. (KDVR) — A mother of triplets was recently found in labor outside in the cold on a porch in Greeley, Colorado. Father Eric Mayeda told Nexstar's KDVR that police found his 24-year-old girlfriend in pain as it snowed and rained in the early morning hours of April 18.
