PHILIPPI, W.Va. (WBOY) — Criminal charges are pending against two high school students after an altercation at Philip Barbour High School on Thursday. According to a report shared by the Barbour County Sheriff's Department on social media, a report was made that a student had a gun in the common area during lunch.
