Richard 'Dick' Rutan set a record for aviation in the 1980's becoming the first person to circumnavigate Earth by aircraft without refueling, Guinness World Records wrote. He did it along with his co-pilot Jeana Yeager both Americans in an aircraft designed by Rutan's younger brother Burt. Dick Rutan died on Friday evening at a hospital in Coeur dAlene, Idaho  his brother Burt and others were by his side, the Associated Press wrote. The family of a Tampa 14-year-old found murdered last month is wanting to make sure you remember the name Javario Buie. Buie's family invited ABC Action News to his funeral where they said their final goodbyes while wearing his favorite color green. The service was held in Temple Terrace on Saturday. In a study that looked at hundreds of venomous snake species and a list of habitats, researchers say they've discovered clues in models indicating a significant change in the geographical distribution of snake species into areas where human populations aren't prepared.
