WINDSOR, N.C. (WNCT) -- The Bertie County Sheriff's Office has arrested three teens in connection with a shooting that injured a man back in March. Bertie County Sheriff Tyrone Ruffin said three teens were taken into custody. They have been charged in the March 31 shooting of a man, who was not identified.
