Being myself an Endomorph, ( Having Earth and water Element dominant ) it is not easy to loose some kgs as of characteristics of Endomoph being , Slow Body metabolism ; So i have weak digestion leads to bloating as well.

Remove Table Sugar : because they are empty calories, not any nutrients. Scientist have claimed through that Table Sugar is as addictive as cocaine & you can verify it in things all packaged whether sweet or salty , they add sugar. Because sugar make them addictive as hell.
Use Alternative of Sugars like Rock Sugar, Jaggery , Dates etc.

It has been impossible, it feels this week, to not have been touched or affected by all the talk of the virus. Being sensitive I am aware of and feeling the rumbles of fear and panic in the collective. I have felt confused at times as people begin to go into lockdown. Going to the local supermarket and walking the streets in my local town a few days ago felt eerie and very strange with less people around and so many bare shelves.

Yesterday, I paused to feel the panic moving through the collective, how it could easily echo something that needs me inside of me, yet doesn’t seem to at this time…. At least not in the same way as it seems to be for others.
