Anyway, we get tons of apples each year, and this is one of the recipes I love to do. It’s super easy and freezes really well so we can carry on enjoying our apples all year long!

I love cherries and combine with pistachios and date syrup it creates the most delicious harmony of flavours whilst remaining super healthy.
This is as delicious for breakfast as it is for dessert and is sure to impress at any humble dinner party.
Serve it in little glass jar to retain a rustic yet french chic “Je ne sais quoi!”
