In the UK, we have just reached the end of our first week in lockdown due to the Coronavirus. We are working from home, we are home schooling and we are adapting to a new way of family life while trying to stay safe. We are just back from a fantastic few days in Blackpool to start our summer holidays. There are so many family fun attractions in Blackpool and one of those is Coral Island which we really enjoyed! We are really getting in to the colder months now which means we need a little comfort food to keep us going. So this calls for a cosy family day in, cooking a delicious chicken casserole.
