Gentlemen it is so good to have you here with me today! I could not tell you how long I had warped, misconceived notions about what women appreciated and what they didn’t. Then I stumbled into my first relationship and it was fun, for a while. Then I did some digging and conducted some experiments myself to see what was appealing and what was unappealing in that mysterious gender and it turns out that, and I know that this may shock many of you, they are just people. Very little in difference from you and me, boys. So today, keeping that in mind, I want to alleviate you of some ..read more

Nobody wants that! Also, do you really want to deprive those gym bunnies of that booty of yours? I didn’t think so ..read more

Y’all know that I am all about getting you nice and chiseled. So what on earth would I be doing if I didn’t share with you my personal lifting routine! Before I go into specific exercises let me give you a couple of ground rules for how I conduct myself during my workouts. 1) Stick with weights that you can control.  If you’re hitting muscle failure before you hit rep 8, the weight needs to be lowered.  Do NOT worry about lifting heavy. Worry about form.  You’re not there to impress the gym bros or assert your dominance over them. You’re not there to impress the gym bunnie ..read more

My life is filled with thinkers both positive and negative. There are people in my life who are perpetually pessimistic. There are people in my life who are abundantly optimistic almost all of the time. However, something that many people don’t talk about in the self help world and even in philosophy is the act of simply doing something. We’ve all seen the Facebook, Instagram, or Pinterest, and to their credit you can make yourself feel better by changing your thoughts. Your thoughts have jack all to do with how people perceive you. Your thoughts do not define your character ..read more

I am SO excited about this y’all don’t even know. Something that I’ve always wanted to do as part of this blog was to analyze fictional characters in media that are either explicitly ASD or display possible signs or characteristics of ASD. I believe that this is important because all too often people think of us as these weirdos or freaks that just don’t blend in with society the way that neurotypicals do. Today, I’m going to start with one of my personal favorite characters that fits this description, Dexter Morgan. Before I go any further, A SPOILER WARNING IS IN EFFECT. For t ..read more

Every single one of us know that guy that may think he’s hot stuff but then he goes and pops the collar on his polo shirt. This same guy will also wear the collar of his button up ABOVE his coat or jacket collar. You wanna look like that guy? Yeah I didn’t think so. Today I am going to go over a few rules on how to properly wear a shirt. Never Pop Your Shirt Collar Look, I’m sure for my Gen X and Boomer readers out there, the 80’s were an awesome time. I like its music for the most part. But the 80’s ended 30 years ago. I don’t care if you’re wearing a button up shi ..read more

There is nothing wrong with being a kind, compassionate, loving gentleman of integrity and character. In fact, I encourage it. But there is a big difference between someone who is a genuinely compassionate, kind person and a trademark nice guy and I could go on and on about that, but that’s for another day. Today, I want those gorgeous ladies to look at you and think that you’re dangerous, that you’re adventurous, and that you’re the guy that Mom and Dad warned them about. Just about every lady in the history of ladies has had inklings towards the stereotypical bad boy that’s rough and tou ..read more
