I’ve been a little quiet of late and not been able to paint or post much and there’s a good reason. I will shortly have a high street gallery in Wokingham town centre and am currently fitting it out. This is a very large project as we rented a shell of a retail unit on a long term lease. Everything needs doing, but at least that way we get to do it right – Exactly the way we want it. I participated in the Art Revolution Taipei – Preview Exhibition in the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park, Taipei, Taiwan from 1 to 11 April 2021. I had 7 originals on display and was very fortunate to sell 5 in total, upon which they were replaced. Actually, my favourite painting never went on display before it was sold. Here’s my latest painting Quiet Confidence – Ksenia, produced in collaboration with Sergey Gladky. Quiet Confidence is the ninth fine art figurative oil painting in my series entitled ‘Romantic Pursuits’ of which 5 have sold and the other 3 are currently on exhibition duty in Taipei.
