BOX ELDER COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — Skeletal remains have been found in remote Box Elder County mountains.
The remains were identified as Matthew Broncho, who went missing in March 2019.
On Saturday, April 27, the Box Elder County Sheriff’s Office said they received a report that skeletal remains were found by someone who was looking for shed antlers in the remote Hansel Mountains, southeast of Snowville, Utah.

POCATELLO — District Judge Javier Gabiola has issued orders on two motions filed in cases involving a defunct Pocatello funeral home and its former owner.
According to court records obtained by EastIdahoNews.com, Gabiola ordered two separate cases against Lance Robert Peck — one featuring 22 felony charges and the other 63 misdemeanor charges be joined into a single case. Gabiola has also ruled against a motion filed on behalf of Peck requesting his attorney fees be covered at the expense of the public.

POWER COUNTY — A man police say sexually assaulted a 9-year-old girl faces a felony charge.
Jesus Perez-Yepez, 37, has been charged with one count of lewd conduct with a minor under the age of 16, court records show.

POCATELLO — A man who pleaded guilty to four felonies has been sentenced to prison.
Benjamin Ray Frasure, 39, entered guilty pleas to injuring a child and destruction of evidence, along with two counts of possessing child pornography as part of a plea agreement, court records show. In exchange, the Bannock County Prosecutor’s Office dismissed three counts of possessing child pornography and a persistent violator enhancement. IONA – Residents of an Iona home escaped a house fire early Friday morning after waking up and smelling smoke.
According to the city of Idaho Falls, around 12:19 a.m. Friday, renters of a home on the 2000 block of Olsen Street woke up and “smelled smoke.” They also say they heard “popping” near an electrical outlet.
All residents were able to get out of the house and call 911.
The Idaho Falls Fire Department responded with three engines, two ambulances, a ladder truck, and a battalion chief, totaling 18 personnel.
