Breastfeeding is a great bonding experience for you and you baby. I breastfed all three of my kids and will share with you tips that can help you make your experience smoother:
1. Keep your baby skin to skin until after the first feeding
2. Breastfeed within 1hr after birth

The thought of pain after getting your wisdom tooth extraction can cause anxiety in most people. I recently had my wisdom tooth extracted and managed the pain afterward by doing the following:
