I want to add on to this post as a continuation. Does this method work? Yes, absolutely for me. I have been doing this on weekends at rate of five pills per weekend. I have certainly improved thinking speed and capability at work. Tasks are being done faster and I am not challenged so easily. One could attribute this is learning curve but this is certainly more.
