In an attempt to separate ourselves from other fantasy football websites and bring you new, exciting content, we made the decision to hold a mock draft with a very special guest. Thank you so much for @offtheschneid for mocking with us, and your overall contributions to this article. If you guys haven’t had the chance yet, be sure to check out his amazing youtube channel in the link provided here: Off The Schneid Youtube. This mock draft is a redraft league with 12 teams, full PPR, 1QB, 2 RB’s, 2 WR’s, 1 TE, 1 Flex, 1 DST, and 1 Kicker (I know, we are old school). @offtheschneid drafted from t ..read more

With all the uncertainty surrounding us in 2020, it seems pointless to stress about which running backs you should target in fantasy football. You can rest easy tonight though knowing that we have done the research and come up with what we believe to be the six most important teams to watch this year for fantasy backs. Whether you’re at home or taking a quick break at work, we hope you enjoy our 2020 edition of Backfield Battles! Miami Dolphins: I (Elijah) was so happy to see Jordan Howard go to a team where he finally had a chance to replicate his numbers from his time with the Bears, but sa ..read more

Eight Fantasy Football Sleepers That Will Make You Think Twice
Fantasy Football Geeks

Calling someone a “sleeper” in fantasy football is such a vague distinction. For example, last week I wrote an article that featured Tony Pollard as a sleeper, and since then he has seen an 8.4% ownership increase in ESPN leagues. Fantasy writers always seem to beat a dead horse when it comes to the subject. Nobody wants to read another sleeper article on Jameis Winston, Miles Sanders, Josh Gordon, and Vance McDonald, yet those names are going to be thrown out more than leftovers at your local Arby’s. While players of that nature could still be considered sleepers based on their ADP, we l ..read more

Over the course of this summer, I’m sure you’ve heard dozens of ways you’re supposed to draft. Whether that be a zero RB approach, tight end early, or even holding out for a QB until later, it’s ultimately all a moot point. In the end, when there is 10 seconds left on that draft timer and your palms are sweating, you will resort to the most primal, gut instinct you have ever felt, and draft Money Man Mahomes way too early. My point in saying all of this is, here at Fantasy Football Geeks, we don’t care how you draft prep. We shouldn’t be the only website you go to for help, because that t ..read more

Ah yes, it is finally the last week of preseason. No longer will we be tempted with something that resembles an actual football game! The anticipation for regular season is almost palpable, but we will have to bide our time a little while longer. In the meantime, some of you still haven’t completed your fantasy drafts. While last Sunday was the unofficial “National Draft Day,” there are still a number of leagues that like to wait until the last minute. Whether you’re done with your draft, or still researching, here is our final list or sleepers before the start of the regular season. Q ..read more

Three Tactics You Need After Your Fantasy Draft Is Done

All year long you sit there, sweating and fretting over what could be. You create multiple big boards just to tear them down and start from scratch. Preparing for your draft is arguably the most stressful part of your fantasy football season. For some though, it doesn’t stop there. We’ve all had buyer’s remorse, whether it be drafting Zeke fourth overall this year, or waiting too long, just to see Curtis Samuel slip through your grasp at the last second. Maybe you just don’t like the way your team looks compared to others. If any of the above are you, then fear not, because we’ve got you c ..read more
