4th of July Weekend 2019 was one for the books! This was the weekend of wedding venue tours, engagement photos, family time, and dates. Our weekend was suppose to begin on Wednesday, July 3rd but July 2nd was the biggest curve ball that started it off. We were both super excited for the weekend to finally get here. So let us tell you the story of how an Atlanta boy and a St. Louis girl met, fell in love, and took the step towards being in love forever: Because our 3 year anniversary was in February and Marcus’ birthday was in April, we decided to take a trip in May to celebrate. We talk to our moms pretty often throughout the week. We’re always checking in and able to say “I love you” and “thank you” to them. Our mothers have been pretty involved with our relationship since the beginning, even as we transitioned to LDR.
