(WSYR-TV) — An Onondaga County Court judge scolded the courtroom audience and announced the removal of a juror as a result of a fight between the baby victim’s mom and a relative of the defendant outside the courthouse. The incident, first reported by NewsChannel 9 on Friday, resulted in a ticketed charge of disorderly conduct against the mother of the victim. 11-month old Dior Harris was shot and killed near Syracuse’s Strathmore neighborhood in April of 2021.
