Ingredients
100g button mushrooms
80g spinach
2 eggs
1 clove garlic
Cracked black pepper
Olive oil
Instructions
Begin by slicing the mushrooms into thin strips.
Heat a large pan with 1 tsp of olive oil.
Add the mushrooms with a large pinch of pepper and saute for 3 minutes until they start to become golden.
Add the garlic, spinach and cook for a further 2 minutes until the spinach is wilted.

Honey & Bacon Sprouts Print This
Serves: 3-4
Ingredients
800g Brussels Sprouts, halved
8-10 slices of streaky bacon, cut into strips
1 tbsp olive oil (or truffle oil)
2 tbsp sultanas
1 tbsp honey
A small handful of crushed walnuts
Coarse sea salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200°c/400°F.
In a large ovenproof dish lay out the sprouts and bacon, toss in oil and sprinkle with some salt.

Ingredients
1 kg of baby potatoes
2-4 Tablespoons of truffle oil
2-3 sprigs of rosemary
