I decided to do the original “300 Spartans Workout”…again. Yes, you read that correct. I actually believe I have done this workout on three separate occasions, but this time I actually filmed it. This is the same workout that some of the actors in the movie did at the end of their training. Not every actor decided to complete this. I decided that I am going to try and do a YouTube video every Sunday on a Scripture from the Bible. I currently have many issues with the church as a whole, and believe that the majority are leaning towards the “self-help” genre and less towards the God centric ideal. There is a serious spiritual plague in this world. We have everything at our fingertips, at the touch of a button, or even just something as simple as a voice command.
