The system has been installed to get feedback from the people visiting these gardens. Based on the feedback NMC will be able to improve the facilities. The grievances can also be resolved. Taking a tough stance against electricity theft, the Nagpur division of Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) has registered nearly 4,050 cases of power theft during the financial year 2023-24. Various types of electricity thefts, such as meter tampering, bypassing meters, overloading of power, and tapping into the lines, have been observed.
