Highlights? Quite a niche watch? It’s a hard pass from me
We got stuffed today by an average Coventry team, there’s always key moments, Ba scores and who knows? But we were shite, the game has been and gone, bad results happen, I know nowt but things are not well?
Mowbray
I liked him and he did a good job, that said I was ok with his departure if we had a plan? We clearly didn’t have a plan, we scratched our arses for 3 weeks then appointed an available, cheap option
Beale
Available and cheap and happy to work with existing coaching staff? The last employed manager we appointed was Jack Ross ..read more

Can’t really be arsed and the darts is on TV, but a few brief thoughts …..
”it’s a Beale, it’s a steal….”
Looks like we are about to appoint Michael Beale, I’m hugely underwhelmed, obviously I will back whoever takes charge of the team I love, but…..
Another cheap option, who will work with existing coaching staff?
Another manager not currently in work?
Just seems a bit of a crap choice?
Mowbray is no more, but we’d all agree he was a good man, Beale seems a bit of a shithouse, notably how he handled his departure from QPR?
Beale or no Beale?
Another cheap option that doesn’t inspire ?

This made me feel sad
That’s not like us?
Shite Blogging
Not been prolific of late, being honest I just can’t be arsed writing the blog recently. Although this level of not being arsed is eclipsed by how much I can’t be arsed with 3 weeks of WhatsApp/ Twitter speculation, so I thought it was easier just to pen a few thoughts – as always zero obligation to read, share, retweet etc.
This week
I fucking hate those horrible bastards, for me it’s a dreadful draw, obviously I’ll be up for it when the time comes, but ….. we currently have them where we want them living rent free in their heads, we ..read more

SAFCBlog #1083
Can’t believe I’ve written over a thousand of these, hard to imagine it’ll get any better now? It’s still better, (low bar, all relative etc), than that shite Blackpool, (wordy), Blog. It seems the future is Vlogging, but pretending to be famous and connecting with cranks online is not something I feel qualified to do.
Another break next weekend for England to play some European Bus Drivers, so 3 points a timely boost yesterday, especially after going into the last holiday on the back of the Boro debacle.
Birmingham City FC
They started the season well and were 5th, they decide ..read more

With both teams harbouring similar ambitions for the season, we both need to win, (and certainly not to lose?)
Pictures 1 vs Words 0, (Jones, M, OG)
Bit word heavy yesterday, so going picture heavy tonight
Are Norwich any good?
Like 90% of Division 2, anything could happen, SAFCBlog predicts SAFC 2 vs NCFC 0
Last Season
We battered them at home and lost 1-0, that bald scotch prick was still our manager but chose to go and watch Stoke at Blackburn. Had Procter & Dodds, (worst caretakers since Ian Huntley?), understood the need to make a substitution, we wouldn’t have lost the game.
We bat ..read more

8 years ago today we were handing Newcastle their arse for the 6th time in row, mixed fortunes since then, but still very realistic they may never beat us again, (* at football)
(*) We couldn’t compete with them in the area of, marrying children, Beheading journalists, employing corrupt players and just generally being the gift that keeps on giving – FTM
Last night we played a Leicester team who look on course to piss this league
0 points is 0 points, but so much better than Saturday at Stoke
8pm – kick off
Nearly there
So so many more questions than answers….
Nearly went 1-0 up by all a ..read more

Really bad result yesterday, it probably annoyed me more than the 0-4 vs Boro, I was able to write Boro off as one of those days, yesterday was just so frustrating in so many ways.
The Game
We didn’t play well yesterday, if you play poorly is this league you normally lose, even against an opposition as bang average as Stoke. Having watched the 15 minute highlights on TV, we probably had enough chances to not lose the game, but we just looked a bit flat, unlike most away games over the last year, I never really believed that we’d get anything from the game at any stage in the 2nd half. We mis ..read more

ShaunBlog is generally pretty positive, I’ve smashed my poached eggs and walked around a field – International Break is shite, but the SAFC Blossom Hill Glass remains over half full ??
Given a fat brown dog has destroyed my iPad, I’m restricted to posting via my phone, (don’t know how to do bold print, underline, or do headings – read your emails Holly), so this blog, (as previously compared *), is a James Joyce Ulysses type experience, (you don’t get this type of high level literacy references from that shite Blackpool Blog?)
International Break is desperate, happy enough to watch us play I ..read more

I enjoy supporting Sunderland, I’d hate to support Stoke, (shit town, shit fans, shit ground, shit manager), we probably owe them one after the 1-5 shit show at the SOL last season?
Not quite back to being as prolific as I was, but even 1 of these a week is better than that Blackpool Blog on a regular basis?
“Moribund” *not my words, the words of Jim from Wigan
Jim from Wigan….
Very funny etc, but who is it? Come clean and I’ll send you a t shirt from terracewear giants Fritidsklader

Anyone who used to read this shite will be aware I’ve not bothered doing it for ages, but thought I’d make a return. Kris Day threatening a hunger strike and Garry, (farmhand, hot pants, fanny magnet), Summerson put the cows away til March 2024. Add to this the demise of the ‘once functional’ Blackpool Blog by that bloke with typewriter terets, it seems the right time?
Ch, ch, ch changes
I’m not of the mindset to be a needy crank who needs to share my life on Social Media, but as often alluded to I’m surprised, baffled and flattered in equal measure that anyone would ever read this drivel ..read more
