We have just announced that we have sold 20% of the shares in Danish Formula Swiss Medical ApS to Juicy Fields AG in Switzerland in a deal that values the medical cannabis company in Denmark at over DKK 100 million. 

 Formula Swiss, founded in Switzerland in 2013, was the majority shareholder in the Danish company since its launch in March last year, but retains a 40% stake.
