On Thursday 2nd May Linden Lab updated the Second Life Terms and Conditions. The lab have updated the Child Avatar Policy, internal policies/procedures, implemented personal changes, initiated management improvement programs. The lab are committed to Community Roundtables and they are committed to increasing transparency and accountability. The lab have opened up applications for performers this week which is good news for all those interested in performing live at SL21B in a few months time. SL21B regions as of 29th April 2024 Four new SL21B regions have arrived recently on the grid shown in black in the south east corner. It’s expected that more SLB regions will be added on the grid in the weeks ahead. When we get closer to mid June 2024 the regions will probably all merge into one big land mass. On Friday 26th April 2024 there was a special Lab Gab (27 minutes / 6 seconds) on the new Tilia acquisition hosted by Strawberry Linden and Oberwolf Linden (Executive Chairman, Brad Oberwager). In the recent lab gab (24mins/14secs) held on 19th April 2024 Grumpity Linden talked about the new upcoming Community Roundtable with Second Life Leadership which is due to launch in late May 2024. In this new roundtable Linden Lab executives will be regularly available to meet directly and in real time with the Second Life community like the weekly user office hours. Mediterranean sub continent – 24th April 2024 The Mediterranean sub continent is making good progress with more new land mass being added in the south and in the north just recently. There is now a new railway network on the Mediterranean sub continent which is still under construction. Wild Winds Railway Station Over the past few months or so the Moles have been expanding the Ranch sub continent railway line adding more new railway stations, new Ranch homes and new areas along the way. It’s an exciting journey going from south to north. The Ranch sub continent is still being built and is not fully complete yet.
