Selenium is one of the periodic elements! It is a type of metal thing used in…actually a lot. Batteries, solar panels, glass. There’s a ton of uses for it. Nutrition-wise, I have no idea. Apparently it helps with immunity. There’s been some studies citing selenium helps boost immunity when cancer is attacking the body. It ..read more

EGCG stands for Epigallocatechin gallate and is found in teas as well as other things like some fruits and nuts. It supposedly helps with weight loss as well as also supposedly fights against heart and brain diseases. Does it work? Jury is still out on that one. It can also give you wicked heartburn. It ..read more

Another winter has arrived and we are treated by yet another Winter Edition of Red Bull. They tried a fig and apple blend this time around and I’m pretty okay with it! It opens with a tarter apple taste that mellows out into more of a crisp cider taste. Then, like a baton race ..read more

I was introduced to JuJu Energy while browsing Amazon and I thought it was kind of funny because it marketed itself for gamers. G Fuel is quite a similar product, but it is a lot more subtle in this department. I found JuJu funny because it was like “this is prime gamer fuel! You’ll ..read more

It seems since the last time I tried Bucked Up, they changed the ingredients. Originally, the main grab for me with Bucked Up was the use of Deer Antler velvet, but it doesn’t appear in the ingredients for this flavor. I also quite liked the Rocket Pop flavor while this one was less ..read more

I suppose G Fuel is rebranding their standard Cotton Candy to feature a notable gaming content creator, which isn’t too surprising. They have rebranded things before to feature movies and other things. Nemesis Tea is very close to Hype Sauce, but Resident Evil Nemesis isn’t as relevant anymore so they don’t have that branding. Anyway ..read more

Anhydrous, in this regard, probably means that the ingredient had no added water to it. Basically, dehydrated but in like a crystal form, but I guess that’s not scientific enough. I’m not a nutritionist nor a scientist so my understanding is pretty basic. Taste-wise, it might sound like I’m really into it! I think ..read more

Not too, too different from regular Monster. I did say there does feel like something is missing in this drink, but I think if you aren’t looking too hard at the flavor, you won’t notice too much of a difference. It is almost like that Monster Ghost I covered a while ago if both ..read more
