Yes unfortunately there does not seem to be a similar product to Sipgate Basic.

I've never heard of them but the very fact that they use a 0871 number for their support line is enough reason for me to disregard them.
Reviews on UK Trust Pilot don't look to good: https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/everydayvoip.com
They claim to have rebranded, formerly traded as CyBurPhone for over 14 years but there are no reviews for said company and I can't find anything when doing a brief Google search on that company name. Their website is using Wordpress, no business address or company number is displayed on their website either? They are probably just VoIP resellers based overseas ..read more

everdayvoip.uk offer prices way lower than the going rate for residential VOIP, on their website they offer a 24 month plan with unlimited calls to UK including mobiles and with a Grandstream ATA for £7.99. I called them up the told me if I skip the ATA they would knock off £1 making it £6.99/month.
Before I lock myself into a 24 month contract I'd like to know others experience with them, especially does call quality or customer service suffer due to their low prices?
Thank you all.

Thank you all forum members and moderators.
I just got an email from Sipgate about a massive price hike starting next month, and would like to know if there is anyone now cheaper I could switch to. I was on the basic unlimited UK calling plan, which was £9.95/month including VAT, but they are moving all users to the business L plan which is £14.95 excluding VAT with a 20% discount for the first 12 months.
I need unlimited calling to UK landlines and mobiles and the ability to port my number from Sipgate. I currently use the OBI 212 adaptor, and would prefer not purchasing a new one.

Hello,
Which applications such as Whatsapp, Skype, Telegram, Viber, Messenger, and eMail Client published on the Google Play Store can run on Android-based VoIP Phones like Fanvil and Yealink?
Is there a standard or requirement for apps that phones can run?
When the customer requests a phone from us to install Whatsapp or Skype, how can we decide which phone to suggest to them?
Thanks

Hi Tony,
I have just found that in the FAQ as well, see https://blog.grandstream.com/faq/produc ... /wave-lite
But I don't have an alternative.
Kind regards, Tony

Hi Dean,
This product from Patton could be good for you, https://www.patton.com/voip-router/sn4980/ , as it provides a primary rate interface (T1/E1) connection to an IP Telephony Service Provider (ITSP).
Kind regards, Tony

Am not sure where my Grandstream HT813 was sourced from (given to me by a family member), but on the advanced settings page, it came pre-configured with:
Enable TR-069: YES
ACS URL host part(acs.gdms.cloud)
What is that? I cannot see mention of it
