Keen Ramps and Rollin' From the Heart Foundation Build Pop-Up Skatepark at Local School

The crew at Keen Ramps recently linked up with Rollin' From The Heart Foundation at Monarch school—one of the first schools Rollin' From the Heart ever worked with during their humble beginnings—in Southern California to hook the kids up with a new pop-up skatepark. But the fun hardly stopped there.  As part of the overall experience, everyone was able to get involved and lend a hand in the process. The kids were stoked to grab some tools and get after it and I have to assume most of them learned a thing or two about ramp building along the way! Empowerment, education and ripping! Skateboarding Magazine

There are a lot of small, independent brands in skateboarding these days and it's pretty awesome to see. Each one has their own style and flair; their own approach to spots, videos, trick selection... and skating, just in general. And Carpet Company is no exception.  They just dropped their new video, BRAT, and it introduces Rashad Murray, Quinn Batley and Mason Padilla, with clips from Osama & Ayman Abdeldayem. It's a pretty unique video—again, they're doing things their way—but the skating speaks for itself. Check it out: The little cut scene skits are hilarious and add a touch of ..read more

Tony Hawk's history in skateboarding alone could fill an entire museum. From his early days as a grom at the Del Mar Skate Ranch to the Bones Brigade years, starting Birdhouse, countless contest wins, innovative video parts, the 900, and the impressive Tony Hawk's Pro Skater video game collection (and I'm literally barely scratching the surface here), the man has seen it all, done it all and continues to inspire us on a daily basis.  And that's exactly why clips like these are absolute gold! Taken from a "trick reference" video while gearing up for the original Tony Hawk's Pro Skater, Ton ..read more

Oski might come off as a calm, soft-spoken individual, but his skating definitely speaks for itself. With the 2024 Paris Olympics inching closer and closer, Nike SB caught up with Oski to reflect on what skateboarding means to him—far beyond contests and the global spotlight. His outlook is refreshing and humbling, and his skill on the board is unarguable. Take a look: From Malmo, Sweden, to Austin, Texas, Oski can truly skate it all. And his approach to every piece of terrain he casually crushes will forever provide a breath of fresh air. He has a fluidity that is pretty rare and is simply o ..read more

Mark Suciu is one of those guys that can pretty much skate anything and still make it look rad. He's just that talented. And this unusual skatepark in the middle-of-nowhere, Tennessee, is no exception. Who else could skate this place like this?  View this post on Instagram A post shared by Mark Suciu (@marksuciu) Honestly, it's almost like this park was made for Mark. Quick feet and creativity are total bonuses when it comes to a spot like this, and as we all know, this dude has both. Also, say what you want... but I think this place actually looks pretty rad! If it was down the stree ..read more
