We spent a beautiful week celebrating our babymoon in Lake Tahoe. If you’ve never been to Lake Tahoe, it is a MUST on your bucket list! There is so much to do and see, from golf, to water activities in the summer, to snow sports in the winter, to amazing hikes, to various topography and scenic views. For our babymoon, Tom and I started off in South Lake Tahoe on a Wednesday night for a nice little dinner. South Lake is a short 1 1/2 hour drive from where we live, so we decided to spend a quick night at Lake Tahoe Resort Hotel before we headed to Carson Valley for our early morning tee time. I’m so excited for the launch of my new podcast with my co-host, Katerina Kountouris! Kat is the On Court Host for the Sacramento Kings and we met via Instagram. We chat about all things being a host, working in sports, media, entertainment, and more. It’s a podcast for the go-getters, game changers, and hustlers trying to find success in a cut throat industry. We launched on my birthday, February 16th, and have released 7 episodes so far featuring Basketball Color Analyst Morgan Ragan, News Anchor Lisa Gonzales, Sacramento Republic Emcee Connor Sutton, and Sports Reporter Bridget Case. What a crazy time we are living in right now. I hope and pray that you and your families are safe and healthy during the COVID-19 outbreak. I live in California where we are on lockdown - aka not to leave our houses except for essential chores like grocery shopping and medical appointments. Going on week three as i type this. I haven’t announced here on the blog yet, but I am the Co-Host for School Of Golf while Blair O’Neal is on maternity leave! This is an absolute dream come true and I don’t think it hit me until we were on set and Martin Hall introduced me! I’m so grateful and excited for ..read more

As we embark upon the end of the year, celebrating Veterans Day and the holiday season, I look back at what I’m grateful for and usually the freedom to choose and be whatever I want is one of them. Sometimes, we forget that not everyone has the privilege and luxury of being free. I’m grateful for all the obvious things like a roof over my head, my husband, my dog, my family and friends, my career, and waking up every day healthy. But I’m also grateful for quiet, brisk mornings cuddling with my dog and a cup of tea. I’m grateful for the people who have given me the opportunity to advance my ca ..read more

One question I get a ton, especially from non-golfers, is “what do I wear to a golf tournament?”. This makes sense because one of my highest viewed blog posts is “What’s In My Bag? What I Bring to a Golf Tournament”. That post definitely needs to be updated! If you like this post, I’ll be sure to update the “what’s in the bag, so let me know what you think! Below are my biggest tips for what to wear to a golf tournament! 1 - Please, for the love of your feet, DON’T WEAR WEDGES OR HEELS. I swear one of my biggest pet peeves at golf tournaments is when women wear wedges or heels. Yes, you look ..read more

I finally crossed one of the most majestic golf resorts off my bucket list - Bandon Dunes - thanks to one of my best friends and her husband, Kenzie and Jimmy, for choosing to get married in Bandon. Thanks guys ;) I’m a California girl so I’ve been lucky to spend many summers of junior golf in Monterey and play almost all of the courses on 17 mile drive, including Cypress Point. I did a whole blog post on Cypress here if you want to check out how amazing that experience was and get a little, or a lot, jelly.  Band ..read more
