First of all, I owe everyone who has ever struggled with reading their Bible regularly an apology. I won’t lie, I used to roll my eyes when I would hear someone say they didn’t have the time to read their Bible every day. Anxiety is rough. It will rob you of all happiness, peace of mind, and joy; it will take captive both your mind and body. I actually endure anxiety myself. About 5 years ago my family lost our house in a fire. Thankfully, my  family wasn’t home at the time but the psychological impact this has had on me is huge.
