Boeing recently closed a deal with GKN Aerospace St. Louis and its parent company, Melrose Industries, to continue the manufacturing of critical components that support the U.S. government and its allies. Airbus has announced that C. Jeffrey Knittel is retiring as chairman and CEO of Airbus Americas, Inc. effective June 3, 2024, after serving as the region’s top executive since 2018.
