The Coordinator, Home Delivery Program supports call-in and walk-in clients by providing them with information about appropriate food programs or community supports, and in some circumstances, by providing immediate food assistance. We’ve chosen to hire a local and reputable firm called Generosité Fundraising & Communications to speak directly to donors. Our campaign is managed by their President and CEO, Thomas Krayer. The Ottawa Food Bank and the network of 112 member agencies reported 493,951 visits in fiscal year 2022-23: the highest level of food bank visits in our 39-year history, and 22% higher than the previous year.
