SUDBURY – Since 2015, Lincoln-Sudbury and St. John’s Prep have set the bar for Division 1 lacrosse in Massachusetts. Combined, the two programs have won seven of the last eight MIAA state titles. L-S got the run started with three (2015-2017) and won it again in 2019. NEEDHAM – If you love the game of lacrosse, St. Sebastian’s was the place to be on Friday night. The top two teams in the ISL and the state met for a massive regular season showdown with a week left in the regular season when Belmont Hill took on the Arrows. The game lived up to the hype with a massive crowd, two raucous student sections and a game with ferverent action from start to finish. Coming in at No. 2 is arguably the most elite scorer and one of the best all around athletes in the state, St. John’s Prep senior midfielder and Princeton commit, Jake Vana.
