The end of the summer in Oxford has arrived and it’s time to bid farewell to not only our last Yarnton cohorts of 2019, but our last students of the year, too. Even though this has been quite a small cohort, every moment of the last two weeks has been fantastic and we’ll really miss the excitement and dedication these students brought to campus. In their academic endeavours, our students have gone from strength to strength. On the broadening horizons programme, classes have tackled some of the biggest contemporary and philosophical questions. Our Human Science class have looked into what it means ..read more

It made for a great way to still pack in a little learning on the last day while also celebrating everything the students had achieved. Before they left, the students made sure to thank their teachers for all the enthusiasm and expertise they’ve brought to classes over ..read more

Graduation day arrived at Yarnton with a rush of excitement and energy all over campus. Breakfast was willed with bubbly chatter as everyone discussed their plans for the party later on. Though classes were scheduled for the morning as usual, the students were treated to a more relaxed set of lessons than usual as some of the teachers organised fun games and activities for the last day. As our students have spent the past two weeks really dedicating themselves to their studies, having a more chilled-out day of lessons was a welcome treat. Before they left for the very last time, the students w ..read more
