“I always notice flowers” -Andy Warhol Me too Andy, me too. He was the bees knees.His art, his quotes, his music, his movies, his life. Most people know him for the banana or the infamous Campbell’s soup can but Warhol created art in various mediums. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, he studied commercial art. Which makes sense seeing as how most of us know him for his portrayal of consumerism. I love apple pie and these are a cute way to make individual servings of a warm apple dish! 1 large red apple (cored and thinly sliced so it’s flexible) ¼ cup cane sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1 sheet frozen puffy pastry (thawed) ½ cup melted @kerrygold butter 1 egg 1 lemon Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Toss the apple slices in lemon juice to prevent browning. Place apples on a plate and microwave for about 45 seconds until the slices soften some.
